Preparation: It takes us between 1 and 5 business days to select and package your products with the care they deserve. Shipping: Once the package leaves our warehouse, shipping takes an additional 1 to 5 business days.

Of course! Once the preparation stage is complete (maximum 5 days), you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to see the status of your shipment in real time during the 1 to 5 days it takes for the transport agency to deliver it.

If you change your mind, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return. For it to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in perfect condition for hygiene and health reasons.
Please note that in the case of returns due to withdrawal (because you no longer want the product), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
